About Moxser

About the Site
The primary goal of this site is to preserve and curate an audio history of dance music culture spanning the last 40 years.

We aim to:

Promote artists by giving you a taste of their unique styles.

Showcase how their music has evolved over time.

Encourage you to support them by purchasing their music and attending their live performances.

Important Notes
This is not a download site.

We make every effort to ensure that no commercially available material is included here.
All mixes are transcoded to 96kbps for various reasons.

Please refrain from requesting downloads, as these requests will not be addressed.

Current Status
This is phase two of the site, which serves as a proof of concept.

While functional, there are still bugs to fix and many features yet to be implemented.

Work on the final phase will begin in the New Year.

If you’d like to contribute or assist in any way, feel free to reach out at [email protected].

Site Guide

Main Page:
Here, you’ll find the latest updates and new entries.

Every addition or edit, no matter how small, will appear on this page.

This feature is especially useful for Me to track changes during the site’s development.
Additionally, I’ll post a list of newly added mixes on Patreon, which will always be free to access.

Mixes Page:
This page may take the longest to load, as it displays all mixes in the database, which currently includes approximately 73,000 entries.

Artist Page:
This section contains everything related to a specific artist.

I’ve spent significant time cross-referencing the collection to ensure that all relevant mixes appear in the appropriate categories.
Radio shows are also linked to their corresponding artists here.

R.E.V.S. Page:
R.E.V.S. stands for Radio, Events, Venues, and Series.

While it’s a work-in-progress name, this section categorizes content under these headings.
