Maetrik

Maetrik is the techno and house alias of American electronic music producer and DJ Eric Estornel, who is also known for his work as Maceo Plex and Mariel Ito. 
Originally from Miami, Florida, and later based in Spain, Maetrik became well-known for his deep, dark, and futuristic take on techno, blending elements of house, electro, and progressive sounds.

His productions under the Maetrik alias are characterized by intricate sound design, heavy basslines, and a raw, hypnotic groove. 
He has released music on respected labels like Ellum Audio, Cocoon Recordings, Crosstown Rebels, and Audiomatique, and has performed at top-tier clubs and festivals around the world.

While he gained mainstream recognition as Maceo Plex with a more melodic and emotive approach to house and techno, Maetrik represents his harder, more underground, and driving sound. 
Over the years, he has balanced both projects, occasionally reviving Maetrik for special performances and releases.
